Physicist, William Pollard once said, “Without change there is no innovation, creativity, or incentive for improvement.”
If you think about it, we all want to change something. Physical changes could mean, “If only I were taller…skinnier….smarter…” Spiritual changes might be, “If only I could pray longer….or could witness without the fear of rejection…or If only I weren’t so critical.”
We all dream of being something different or better than we are today. And sometimes it just seems like even though we are trying our hardest, nothing is happening!
Yes, change is difficult, and sometimes it is very slow in coming. Very few of us go through the change process without struggle or some personal pain. (Read: No pain, no gain)
The good news is that God never changes! Check it out!
